Coronavirus Covid-19 Safety for Guests
We have now decided to relax some of our Covid safe policies in line with Government guidelines.
We can still offer remote check-in and check-out.
Check-in is between 3pm - 6pm - If you would rather check in remotely then once parked we ask you to call us on 01798 342346 and we will direct you to your room.
Communal Areas
We have now opened The Waiting Room.
All food and drink can be delivered to your room for your safety.
Our Continental breakfast can be brought to you in your room, which you can eat on the platform if you wish.
You can also pre-order a full Afternoon Tea or a Cream Tea or drinks on arrival.
A Full Afternoon tea requires 24 hours notice. It includes; a selection of sandwiches, scones and cakes.
Cream Teas, wine, Prosecco, Beer & champagne can be order on the day and delivered to you in your carriage up until 5:30pm
Cleaning
Rooms will be deep cleaned between each guest, and we now also offer a daily clean. Towel changes and items can be replenished every day. Cleaning products and fresh linen can also be provided if required for stays of over 3 nights.
Check-out is no later than 11am - we cannot offer a later check-out as we need time to deep clean the rooms between each guest.
