Beginner’s Writing Retreat
Monday 20th January 2025
Join award winning young adult author, Kathryn Evans, for a Beginner’s Writing Retreat in a truly inspiring setting! The programme will cover all the basics of writing a novel, from plot and structure, to character, setting and voice. There will be plenty of time for writing, and for those that want to, the opportunity to share work. Whether thinking about writing a memoir or itching to write your own novel, this retreat will inspire and inform – Kathryn is a very approachable speaker and is renowned for sharing insider tips and tricks with warmth and honesty.
For those that have already begun working on something, there is the opportunity to submit the first 3,000 words of your work for an individual critique with Kathryn.
